✪ Valet Parking: $48 + tax per night
✪ Fitness Center: 24 hours daily
✪ Complimentary Guestroom Wi-Fi
✪ Smoking is prohibited in all guestrooms Guests will be subject to a fine if found smoking.
✪ Pet fee: $50 per stay
Travel & Hotel Arrangements
Funded delegates and legal counsel are required to book their flights through Frosch.
Volunteers are strongly encouraged to use Frosch for their travel arrangements.
Paid attendees are responsible for arranging their own flights independently.
After completing your registration, a Frosch representative will contact applicable participants to assist with booking flights and finalizing travel itineraries.
Your hotel accommodations will be managed by the AAVSB Member Services Team and included on a Master Room Block list. The duration of your hotel stay will align with the travel schedule.
All travelers must submit their final travel details to memberservices@aavsb.org.
Please note: Upon check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card to cover any incidentals during their stay.
